IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION

We are a Guest House with a purpose to offer clean and comfortable accommodation only, therefore you would find a few facilities missing that you
would normally find in other Hotels or Resorts.
Below we have listed some important few for your information.

Swimming Pool:
We do not have a swimming pool within our premises.
A swimming pool attracts higher taxes and requires expensive maintenance.
Restaurant:
We do not have an attached restaurant as we would need to
provide for a licenced hygienic kitchen. Since we have so many restaurants and shacks serving different types of cuisines around us it does not become financially viable nor ethical to force guests to patronise our restaurant and choose from a limited menu. Guests who use Food delivery agents are provided with crockery and cutlery to savour their favourite delicacies in our dedicated dining areas.
Guest Activities:
Since the property is a themed one we do not encourage guest
activities at the property. We can help and suggest to utilise third party
websites or promoters to plan and execute their activities / Tours
at their own risk and costs. This includes special honeymoon decorations,
birthday celebrations and group events to name a few.
Room Service / Bell Boys /Servants:
Our property is an equal Opportunity partnership and our staff are
available to help you enjoy your stay. We have zero tolerance for guests
who are rude, disrespectful or have a condescending attitude. We do
not have room service, bellhops or servants. Our associates are happy to
help during their working hours and do not appreciate disturbance
when they rest or during their private off duty time.
Transfers / Shuttles / Transport:
We do not have these facilities at our guest house but we can
arrange for them only if the guests have made prepaid reservations
with us. The operators are external entities who agree to offer their
services for a fee payable to them directly.
Parking:
We have a limited public parking space for guest vehicles in front of
our property gates. Parking is free and there is no reservation.

HELP US REUSE, REDUCE AND RECYCLE TO AVOID THE DEPLETION OF NATURAL RESOURCES IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN AN ECOLOGICAL BALANCE

1. We avoid using single use plastics like water bottles and plastic bags.
2. We conserve water by changing your towels and linen every 3 days.
3. The hot water in your shower is from renewable solar heaters
4. Electrical gadgets have auto shut off feature if left on indiscriminately.
5. Every Light source on the premises is a low consumption LED Bulb.
6. Recycled and harvested water is used to water our garden and greens.
7. We educate and urge society understand environmental sustainability.
8. Our consumption and carbon footprint is under control without compromising
on the quality of life specially in a developing world.
